Pay for what you actually run.

Pricing follows the modules you switch on and the volume you run them at. Users and locations are never metered.

Plans that scale with modules, not seats.

Unlimited users and locations on every plan. You move up by switching on more modules and running more volume, not by adding seats.

How it works

Three steps to a real number.

Tell us what you grow

01The form below covers it — modules, crops, users, volume. About two minutes, no phone call to book.

We scope the modules

02Which modules earn their keep on day one, which wait, and what implementation looks like staged around your season.

You get one number

03An annual price for exactly what you run: modules plus volume, implementation included. It grows only when you do.

Asked before buying

The questions that come up most.

Why is there no price list on this page?
Two reasons. Your number genuinely depends on which modules you run and the volume you put through them — and we would rather not publish our rate card for competitors to read. Tell us what you run and we will give you the real number in one conversation.
What actually determines the price?
Two things: which modules you switch on — anything from FULFILL™ order management to PORTAL™ self-service ordering — and the volume you put through them: orders shipped, stores replenished, EDI transactions processed. Users and locations never factor in.
Does my price change as I grow?
It can, when growth changes what you actually run. Adding people or locations never changes the price on its own, but your plan is scoped to the modules you use and the volume you put through them: orders shipped, stores replenished, and EDI transactions processed.
Can I start small and add modules later?
Yes. Start with the module that solves your most painful problem and switch on more when you are ready. Everything shares one data layer, so each added module makes the others smarter on day one.
What does implementation cost — in money and time?
Implementation is included in your plan — there is no separate services invoice. Independent nurseries are usually live in weeks; enterprise migrations are staged module by module, around your season, so operations never stop, with your team and ours working the rollout together.
Is there a long-term contract?
Plans are annual. Enterprise programs are scoped individually with a formal SLA.
How is my data secured, and who owns it?
It is yours. Easy to get in, easy to get out — we never lock it up. Enterprise programs include a formal SLA and a security review as part of scoping. For deeper security questions, email info@silverfern.com.
